DeLee Sell, age 90, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013. She was born in Ward County, West Virginia, on June 9, 1922, the daughter of John and Stella (Hall) Bailey. She met George R. Sell in Fairmont, West Virginia where he was teaching, and they were married on September 19, 1942.

DeLee loved to entertain, was an avid sports fan of the Green Bay Packers, the Brewers and all University of Wisconsin teams. She was known for her feistiness, her sense of humor, and her devotion to her family and her many friends.

She is survived by her children, G. Richard Sell and his wife, Mia, and Jane Sell and her husband, Philip Berke; five grandchildren, Lyle, Murray, Rick, LeeAnn and Timothy; four great-grandchildren, Dylan, David, June and Olivia.

She was preceded in death by her husband; five sisters; and a brother.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2013, at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Ave., with the Rev. Franklin Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Thursday.
