Ross was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and with compassion. He listened at the right times and moved on to the business of things at the right times. He made sure I felt comfortable and confident with decisions that were made – giving time for that. He was always available for questions. He took such great care of us and it felt good to know my dad was in such caring hands.

We need more funeral directors like Ross Vitale. Will never forget his kindness and compassion and good work – made us feel so very comfortable also. It meant so much, at a difficult time! We just couldn’t have done it all without the help of Ross. He really made it so much easier because of his kindness and compassion for mom and our family. I felt so at ease.

All the help and assistance was greatly appreciated by our family. We worked with Brenda following the death of our mother. She was very professional and catered to all our needs; answered all questions we had. Thanks to ALL at Ryan!!

Skyler was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and helpful through this whole process. She even went above and beyond to meet with us in DeForest and even to make a stop at our home to drop off or pick-up anything needed. While it was a small gesture, it was so helpful and greatly appreciated.

Tiffany Foster went out of her way to fulfill all my requests, talked me through problems I was facing and tried to make feel as comfortable as possible when I was a wreck, totally crushed, and I thank her with all of my heart for that.
