We were so sorry to hear of Dr Wiebe's death. He and his hospice staff cared for my mother-in-law and brother-in-law through their deaths. He was also my parents' and my husband's doctor. He was loved by all who knew him.

So sorry to hear of Bernie's passing. So enjoyed working with him at Melfort union hospital. What a wonderful compassionate, excellent physician he was. My condolences to you Marie and your girls. We were so lucky to have crossed paths with your family here in Labrador. Those years were so precious as were getting to know and share in MMC ventures with you, Marie, and your family. Deepest condolences on the passing of Dr Wiebe. He was a very long care hospice dr I got to knew him when my friend was in hospice care yrs ago. He was so compassion to with friend and her daughter that was talking care of her mom. May Gos be with you at this time of loss.

Marie I am thinking of your family as you mourn the loss of an amazing man. When I speak of my work at hospice I will always remember and reference the amazing Dr. Wiebe. I don't know where to even begin or the words to describe how privileged I was to work along Dr Wiebe and Marie at hospice what seems like forever ago. Always so kind and compassionate. I learned so much and he truly shaped the nurse I am today. My prayers with you all.

we were soulmates from grades 1-10, which not everyone gets to experience. I was and remain grateful for that.

It was certainly a privilege to work with Dr. Wiebe, so many years ago in hospice. His kindness to the patients and staff will always be remembered and appreciated. May God Bless his family as they grieve, and celebrate a life well lived. ( I. Klansek RN.)

It was such a privilege to know Bernie and to work with him during my time in Melfort. I remember so well his gentle spirit and his sense of humor. He was instrumental in fashioning a banjo and composing some hilarious lyrics to the tune of O Susanna, he's going to Alabama with a banjo on his knee, when we moved to Alabama years ago. The banjo still sits on our porch and it brings a smile to my face every time I see it as do the many memories I have of Bernie.
