Obituary For Bryce Andrew Culver

Madison - Bryce Andrew Culver passed away March 13, 2023. He was born September 14, 1998, in Portage WI. Bryce graduated from Middleton High School in 2017 through The Gateway to College program at Madison College. He battled with depression for many years and is now at peace. Bryce loved to play video games and enjoyed many late nights with his on-line gaming friends. Bryce also loved animals and was the best turtle, fish, and frog catcher in the north woods. He was a self-taught artist and musician and enjoyed the music of Pink Floyd. He took pride in his tattoo body art and loved skateboarding with his brother. He could pick up new skills very easily and was very talented at everything he tried. He was very funny, silly and could always make us laugh. We spent lots of time with family traveling, playing games, camping, and hanging out.

Bryce will be greatly missed by his parents, Amy and Mark Culver, brother Mavrik Culver, sister Abby Culver of Middleton, fiancé, Sydney MacWilliams, grandmother Helen Culver, Aunts and Uncles Barb Culver, Diane (Ron) Traub, Rick Andrews, Laurie (Jay) Lansman, Mitch (Laurie) Andrews, Jim (Cindy) Andrews, Jodi (Brian) Gruber along with many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather and Grandmother Andy & Betty Andrews of Madison & Grandfather Dan Culver of Madison.

Bryce, you left your footprint on our hearts, and we will be forever thankful that you came into our lives. You will be missed forever Brycer! You are at peace now with Grandma Betty, she will help you find the light. Your soul is soaring like an eagle...you are free.

Please join us for a celebration of life for Bryce on Sunday March 19, 2023, at The Village Green Restaurant 7508 Hubbard Avenue, Middleton WI 53562. Per Bryce's request wear colors and bring your funny good time stories to share. Come anytime between 2:00-6:00 snacks and beverages will be served.

Amy and Mark—I remember my first picture of Bryce in the announcement you mailed to me. The two of you were skiing and you placed Bryce in the picture as if you were holding him up. I met Bryce soon after, he was a beautiful baby.

I knew Bryce from US Cellular in Monona. He was always very helpful but about a year after I bought my phone he called me to see how the service was. I never got a service call from US Cellular before. I had a question about discounts and he told me to call corporate which I did. I got a significant discount on my service. If Bryce hadn't called me I probably wouldn't have called. I was really impressed with his great customer service. I was extremely sad to hear of his passing. He was a good fellow.

I remember taking my son Jack to Blue Mounds with Amy and Brycer when the boys were maybe 1 and hanging out in the baby pool. The boys had so much fun. Brycer was such a cutie with his curls and tanned skin.

My deepest condolences. Bryce was the funniest and the most talented classmates that I had in German class in high school. I remember him trying to do a kickflip on his skateboard in the middle of the classroom! Rest in peace my man.

I met Bryce when we were kids in Middleton Gators Diving and he always made everyone laugh. He was a cool guy that I'd see sometimes in high-school and it's sad to see him leave so soon.

what our families say

Tiffany Foster went out of her way to fulfill all my requests, talked me through problems I was facing, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible when I was a wreck, totally crushed, and I thank her with all of my heart for that.

James S. | July 2020

The professional manner of the staff made a difficult time a little easier.

Lynda R. | July 2020

Services provided for both parents were perfect, on time, and no issues. Brenda is awesome and strong!

Michael M. | July 2020

Skyler was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and helpful through this whole process. She even went above and beyond to meet with us in DeForest and even to make a stop at our home to drop off or pick up anything needed. While it was a small gesture, it was so helpful and greatly appreciated.
