DeForest - Donald M. Block, age 62, was born May 5, 1953 in Madison, Wisconsin. He graduated from Madison East Senior High School in 1971. Don passed away from complications of prostate cancer on April 26, 2016.
Don is survived by his wife, Judy (Mick); his son, Michael D. (Maria) Block and grand children, Isabella, Jonah, Noah and Samuel; daughter, Patricia M. Block and grand-pup, Gilly; sister, Sandra (Tom) Hartl and nieces, Lenitha Trotter and Sally (Justin) Temple.
Don was predeceased by his parents, Carl T. and Romona M. (Stuelke) Block; his Aunt and Uncle, Donna J. (Stuelke) and Richard Schmelzer; and stepson, Lance Gassen.
The family asks that you join them at Don’s Memorial Celebration, from 1:00 – 3:00pm, on Saturday, May 7th, 2016, at Ryan Funeral Home, 6924 Lake Rd, DeForest. As Don would have enjoyed, please come in your Green Bay Packer attire, Don’s favorite team.
