I met Frankie at Noel Manor when I worked there. She was so lovely and funny, I always loved talking with her. I am so happy I got the chance to meet her, she will be dearly missed. Beautiful obituary, loved reading about her wonderful life. My deepest sympathies to her family.

A great neighbor. Lived right across street from us in Orchard Ridge. Could tell she was a real firecracker.
