Dennis O'Loughlin

My deepest sympathy for Dennis family I remember him as a very friendly, caring guy. I remember his service for the community. Sending prayers for family, friends, and community. Thank Y Dennis for all your service.

My sympathy goes out to Sara and the whole O'Loughlin family. I served with Dennis his whole time on the County Board. A true pleasure to work with. Friendly, honest, and didn't play games. You knew where he stood on issues and did his best to represent his constituents. His passing is a loss for all of Dane County.

I’m truly sorry to hear about Dennis. He was a kind soul, a patriot, and a great friend to my dad—that’s how I first came to know him, working together through local political business. I’ll always be thankful for his help when I bought my first house, and I genuinely enjoyed running into him at motorcycle events over the years. He was well respected, and I deeply appreciate his service—as he did mine. My thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.

If we're lucky, we get to meet a few people like Dennis O'Loughlin in our lives -- people who serve others while enjoying the gifts life offers and spreading joy and humor along the way. I knew Dennis from his work with Dane County, but also as a real estate professional. He brought excellence to everything he did. He was a good man. I will miss him.

My sincerest condolences to you Sara & the family. I had the pleasure of overlapping with Denny in his second decade of service on the Dane County Board. While we didn't always agree, we definitely held mutual respect for each other and I appreciated his service to his community and country. May your memories together bring solace in this difficult time.
