Kathy was my sister in law. We have always been on the “ same wave length “ We were both special education teachers , both liberal political thinkers and both connected in so many ways. Her passings has affected me in ways I can not describe on words. Kathy, I will miss you on so many ways that I can not put into words.. You were a light that will never dim. I love you , lady, your light shines on on heaven!

Kathy wax always a beautiful person. Never had a disparaging word, was a great friend as well, she was a friend of my sister as well. Although brief, my memories of her are nothing short of wonderful.ay she be at peace, and may the family be at peace with undying memories of her life and impact on those she touched.

Remember Kathy from East High School, she always had a smile and kind word for everyone!! From her obituary, she truly lived a life of service to others, Special Ed Teacher for over 30 years- God Bless her. Prayers for Kathy and Steve and their family. A wonderful person taken to early!

We didn't know Katherine. We met her at Katelyn & John's wedding. It was so nice she could attend the wedding. So very special She will be greatly missed by all. Our Prayers aremwith you all. Grandpa & Grandma Schmit
