Obituary
Madison – Floyd O. Moe, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. He was born on February 18, 1951, in Madison, Wisconsin. Floyd was raised in Dodgeville, Wisconsin by his adopted parents, Ansel and Isabel (U’Ren) Moe. Floyd led a colorful life. He was someone everybody would remember. No matter where he went, he would run into someone he knew and strike up a conversation.
Floyd is survived by his son, Adam Herring; younger brother, Terry; his sisters, Pam and Charlotte; and many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Ansel and Isabel Moe; brothers, Don, Bob, Tom, Stanly and Floyd; and sisters, Dixie, Pat, Judy and Faye.
