Robert Stuart “Bob” Lenzer, age 77, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the VA Hospital in Madison. He was born on September 27, 1947, in Madison, the son of Stuart and Birdell (Prescott) Lenzer. Bob was a graduate of Stoughton High School. Following high school Bob proudly served in the United States Army, in Germany. Bob worked as an Ironworker for Local 383 of Madison, becoming a Journeyman Connector. Bob was united in marriage to Rosemary Caravello on February 14, 1973, in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Bob loved deep sea fishing, skydiving, travelling through the US and to Mexico with Rosemary. He also enjoyed riding horses and splitting and hauling wood for the wood stove.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rosemary and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
