Shirley M. Reich, age 97, passed away on October 31, 2025, in Madison, Wisconsin. She was born on February 14, 1928, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to parents Leo and Lou (Lauer) Austin.
Shirley is survived by her 2 children Garrett (Sheila) and Gail (Gib); grandchildren Paul (Clare), Katie (Ted), Matthew (Cindy), Anne (Peter), Luke (Abby), Maggie (Adam), Anne, Betsy (Mark); and 18 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne; both parents; and her brother Jack; and her sister Patsy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church.
Private services were held at St. Peter Catholic Church. Entombment was held at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
