David "Dave" Ross

Your family has our sympathies. Dave was part of the volleyball group and we always enjoyed visiting with him at our get togethers. George and Karla Meyerwith him at the get togethers.

Dave and Jane gave so much to St. Maria Goretti Parish by their love and energy. It was a privilege and a blessing to work with Dave in the office there for 10 years under the leadership of Msgr. Mike Burke and the many other staff. May the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace and the presence of the Lord.

I REMEMBER David from Kehl's SCHOOL of Dance. Always a consumate professional, particularly skilled piano player; helping all us kids to dance better and enjoy the dance. A really nice guy who I ran into occasionally in later years; always talked about getting together for breakfast or something; never happened; my loss. I will miss you and our memories at Kehl's together. Best. Dennis

I met Dave when I delivered meals on wheels to him and his wife Jane. While I only interacted with him for a few short moments a couple times a month for a year, it wasn't hard to see how amazingly caring and kind he was. I worked at Zimbrick at the time, and I remember he came to see me a day before I had to have brain surgery, just to wish me luck and tell me he would be praying for me. He had tears starting to form in his eyes. Judging by his obituary, I can see he was everything I thought he was. Rest in peace Dave. Thank you for everything you've done for the people around you.
