Sharon Dworak

When my late husband Mark Ricter began to work at the VA Hospital, Sharon was his head nurse. Sharon was so kind to him and also to me. He daughters were so sweet and they later spent some time with our pony. I am very thankful for all her kindness to my family.

Ronnie and I had lots of fun visiting with Sharon, having lunches together and playing many different games. She loved horses and when a friend of mine started making these beauties I had to make sure that Sharon and the girls each got one. I was so happy when her son-in-law built a ramp in her garage and I was able to give her my old power chair. It still had a lot of life left in it and Sharon was able to zip around the neighborhood and even come up the big hill to visit us when she was still on Pilgrim. I’ll miss our long conversations, whether in person or on the phone. We always found something to laugh about. She will be missed so much.
