Obituary

Madison- Sandra T. "Sandie" Aaberg, age 58, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at UW Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born on March 11, 1968, in Oregon, WI to Earl and Linda (Prisk) Aaberg. Sandie worked at AT&T for 26 years as a customer service representative.

Sandie loved listening to AC/DC, reading, and cooking. She also loved spending time at local parks and being by the water, and especially loved her grand-puppy, Loki.

Sandie is survived by her children, Kyra Aaberg, Cassidy Wilbur, Sam Charlier, and Dominique Gaines; mother, Linda; and best friend, Jodell L.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Aaberg,Jr. ; brother, Kevin Aaberg; and friend, Kimberly.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at the UW Hospital ICU Burn/Wound Unit and at Ryan Funeral Home for their care and support.

I miss you so much, mom I just can’t describe the amount of sadness that I feel since you left me but I know that you’re in a better place and that you are no longer suffering and they’re finally at peace and happy and God knows you deserve that after everything you went through, I want you to know that you were the best mother that anybody could’ve ever had and I am truly grateful and blessed to. I’ve had you as the one to raise me and raise me right I love you so much and I promise I’m gonna make you proud. I know you’ll always be with me in blood and in spirit, love you, mom.

I remember having such fun hanging out with Sandy when she'd come to Cassville to stay with her grandparents Sue and Vern. They were my parents next door neighbors. Great me.ories having sleep overs, going to the pool, riding bikes. Her grandma sue taught us how to make candles. Sandy was always laughing and smiling. I remember going to stay with her kevin and Linda in oregon. Met Kim she was so sweet. Rest in peace Sandy
