In addition, she liked crocheting and knitting afghans and scarves, as well as bowling, doing jigsaw puzzles, and spending time at family gatherings.

Ruth is survived by her children, Mary Ann Nicholson, Mark (Pam) Neff, Dick (Karen) Neff, Susie Neff; 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and other relative and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe; her brothers, Homer, Robert, Richard, and her beloved brother, Gilbert “Gibby”; and her son-in-law, Ron Nicholson.

The family would like to thank Agrace Hospice and the staff and doctors at UW Carbon Cancer Center for their compassionate care.
