Donna Pauls

MADISON — Donna Jean Pauls, age 88, of Madison, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Donna was born on June 14, 1937, in Ironton (Carr Valley), Wisconsin, to Dewey and Agnes (Peterson) Becker. She graduated from Reedsburg High School in 1955. While working at Klein-Dickert in Madison, she met the love of her life, Allen Pauls. They were married in August 1964 and shared a beautiful life together.

Donna handled bookkeeping for the family business, Pauls Power Center, and later served as Forms Manager for the Wisconsin Farm Equipment Dealers Association. Above all, she cherished her role as a devoted homemaker. A longtime member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, she found joy in gardening and spending her winters at Siesta Key Beach in Florida. Her warm hospitality and delicious family meals will be remembered and deeply missed.

Donna is survived by her sons: Todd (Carolyn), Troy (Marlene), Randy (Rosaria), Dustin (Mylena), and Darin (Tara); grandchildren: Justin, Kristin, Joe, Regan, Brandy, Maximus, and Maia; and great-granddaughter, Natasha. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen; her parents; and her siblings, Eleanor (Clark) Wiedman, Margaret (Myron) Simpson, and Norman Becker.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Ryan Funeral Service – Legacy Center, 6728 Mader Drive, Madison. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Monona.
