Eric will truly be missed. He had a wonderful personality and I truly enjoyed working with him. Seeing that smile was the best. Peg, I am so sorry, my heart breaks for you.

Eric was an excellent student, an outstanding teacher, and an even better friend. His enthusiasm for life, and perpetual optimism is inspiring. Thoughts and prayers to all that loved Eric.

I served with Shane with 2/24 Golf Co. I had the pleasure of meeting Eric just a few times at Golf Co. events. After losing Shane, being around Eric made me feel a little more connected to him somehow. Now, two bright lights in this dark world have passed on from our presence. Shane was there to greet Eric as he was guarding the streets of Heaven. They are both in peace while we must carry on. Peg and family, this unexpected news hit me hard, I can't imagine how it is for you. You all are in my heart and prayers. SF ~ Kent

Some of my earliest memories are with you. Playing “doctor”, NYE parties with silly string and fruit kabobs, camping trips, even my first bus ride when I refused to get off at daycare. I haven’t known you for years now, but I’ll never forget our childhood. It brings peace knowing you’re with Shane again. Peg, I love you and I’m praying for you 💕 Shannon

To the little boy who came over every morning and watched cartoons with the girls til it was time to catch the bus. The the boy who played with Jacob and they developed the finer arts of the White Ranger. To the brother who played flashlight tag and football and all the games with the older kids. To Shane and Eric that summer everyone was gone and they came over and learned how to play Risk and Monopoly and we ate chocolate chip cookies for days in a row til mom came home. The best neighbors, the best boys, the best men that grew up- we think of you and Shane often. I trust you’re talking to Shane right now, and telling him all he missed ! Steve and Sandy
