Jim you were a great neighbor. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and Jackie over the past 12 years. I still laugh when I think of the time you warmed me that there was a raccoon lurking about our back yards. You then proceeded to tell me, and I quote, "I threw a steak knife at it....almost got that son of a bitch." Then I would see you later on scraping your dinner plate off of your deck, feeding the wildlife. As a VA nurse I greatly appreciate your service to your country as a Marine. I will miss your gruff take no nonsense voice, waving to you chilling in your easy chair when I mowed the lawn, and your dry sense of humor. You will be greatly missed. Semper fi Marine.
