My favorite saying from him to me was HEY BUDDY!!

I am so very sorry to see that my farm friend, my strawberry connection has left the farm. I checked this year and he just said maybe in a few weeks. He was always so positive when I’d come out to pick. My back loved not having to bend over for sweet juicy strawberries. My condolences to his wife, children, and his many friends. He surely was a nice man. May he rest in peace in the Strawberry Fields Forever.

My first memory of my cousin Paul would be seeing a toddler pushing a broom down the main aisle of the barn in DeForest. He was an endless bundle of energy.
