Obituary
Verona - Carol Susan (Falce) Davidge, age 76, passed peacefully on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Azura Memory Care in Verona, Wisconsin after a long battle with dementia. As she departed, she was surrounded by her daughters and numerous caregivers who adored her. She was born to Carmelo and Virginia (Vasquez) Falce in Hartford Connecticut. Carol attended Rockville High School, graduating in 1968. She also attended Connecticut State University, majoring in Education.
In 1973 Carol wed Gary Davidge in a beautiful ceremony in Rockville, Connecticut. Shortly thereafter they moved to Two Rivers, Wisconsin. There they gave birth to their eldest daughter, Heather. They then relocated to Green Bay, Wisconsin where they had their second child, Diana. Carol remained in Green Bay for most of her life, quickly falling in love with it as it became her home. She had a prestigious career in banking, spending many enjoyable years at Associated Bank with quite a few good friends.
Once Carol and Gary retired, they moved to Madison, Wisconsin to be close to their children and grandchildren. Carol had a passion for reading and was rarely seen without a book (or two) in her hand. She also loved music of all types, and we could always hear her singing show tunes, right up until her passing. Carol’s greatest love, however, was her family. Nothing was more important to her than her husband Gary, her daughters; Heather and Diana, her sons-in-law; Jason and Phillip and her granddaughters, Amelia and Avery, who were the light of her life.
Carol is survived by her beloved husband, Gary Davidge; daughters, Heather (Jason) Leiber, Diana (Phillip) Bunnow; granddaughters, Amelia Leiber, Avery Leiber; and brother, Robert Falce, who was one of her most cherished people. She is further mourned by countless cousins, family, and friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; Carmelo and Virginia Falce.
