Thomas "Tom" Crenshaw

I am saddened to hear the news of Dr. Crenshaw’s passing. He was one of my favorite professors during my time at UW-Madison from 1980-1984. Once I was in the agricultural industry I would run in to him at technical meetings and he was always encouraging and thoughtful. My deepest condolences to his family.

I was a student of Tommy and later a friend. He took care of me when I first came to this country, spoke broken English. He lent his hand, helped me gain hands-on experience along side with him, and pointed me to my next opportunity. Such a great human being. He will be missed. Sending my condolences to the family.

Tom was always a pleasure to be around, doesn't matter it's in the classroom, or in the elevator. So sorry for the family's loss. I'm grateful that I had the chance to know Dr. Crenshaw during my graduate school years. Much love to the family.

Tommy was a treasured friend to our DCHS Class of 1970, Newbern, TN. This obituary is a beautiful tribute to the friend we grew up knowing & loving.
