Obituary
DeForest – Francis "Frank" M. Cole, age 80, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at the William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital. He was born May 10, 1934 in Great Falls, Montana, the son of Bayard and Marie (Ruealle) Cole. Frank served in the US Army during the 1950's. He was an accountant at Four Lakes Aviation until his retirement. Frank enjoyed arts and crafts and was a very talented artist.
Frank is survived by his children, Beverly (Jon) Duke, Leonard Currie, Rick (Tanya) Cole, Valarie (Charlie) Minich, Tami (James) Minich, and Kari (John) Gruenenfelder; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Patricia Luker; sister-in-law, Ruth (Sid) Julson; brother-in-law, Jack (Vicky) Flannery; sister-in-law, Eva Flannery; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and his special companion Saddie.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby (Flannery) Cole; his parents; his son, Darrell Currie; grandson, Matthew Cole; brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Pearl Cole; brother-in-law, LeRoy Luker; and brother-in-law, Bob Flannery.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 3 PM to 7 PM on Friday, March 20, 2015 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 6924 Lake Road, DeForest.
