Obituary
MADISON- Robert W. "Bob" Hutton (Lt. Col. RET), age 93, passed away at Agrace Hospice on Sunday, May 3, 2015. He was born on July 26, 1921, the son of Clifford and Helen (Worrell) Hutton, in Waterloo, Iowa.
Bob married the love of his life, Marjorie "Mike", on January 26, 1944 and spent the next 25 years as a pilot in the US Air Force where he enjoyed the second love of his life – flying. Following retirement from the Air Force at Truax Field, Bob and his family settled in Madison, WI. He completed his career working for Badger Ordinance and the State of Wisconsin. He then enjoyed his retirement years with good books, woodworking projects, yard work, golf, spending time with family and friends and wintering with Mike in Florida.
Bob is survived by two daughters, Cyndi (Ted) Devenish and Patty Hutton Coolidge, four grandchildren, Jessica (Todd) Tadych, and Casey, Kyle and Kade Coolidge, and two great-granddaughters, Sienna and Aria Tadych. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mike and his sister, Beth (Hutton) Thompson.
Following Bob's wishes, there will be no formal services. Inurnment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery.
