Theodore Rodney Peterson, age 47, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at U.W. Hospital, Madison. He was born August 25, 1967 in Antigo, the son of John V. and Marion (Williams) Peterson. He was a loving father and husband, married to the former Debra McKinley for the past 17 years. Ted enjoyed woodworking and wood carving, photography, kite flying and computers, both personally and professionally. He took pleasure in the time he spent with his boys and was very proud of what they both accomplished. He and his family were active supporters of the Angelman's Foundation. Debi and the boys knew, deep down, that he loved them.
Ted is survived by his wife, Debi; son, Jacob; mother, Marion Williams; sisters and brother, Marci Majewski, Peg (Tom) Andres, Tom (Bea) Peterson; and many nieces, nephews and in-laws in the Madison and Antigo areas.
He was preceded in death by his son, Maxwell; father, John and brother, Jack.
A Funeral Service will be at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2015 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue, Madison, with Msgr. Thomas Baxter officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
