Obituary
MADISON- Carol Jean Wolfram, age 68, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015. She was born on May 28, 1947, the daughter of Harry and Dorothy (Crawford) Wolfram. Carol graduated from Portage High School in 1968.
Carol always looked forward to going to her job at UW Health Systems with the support of Goodwill Industries. She received an achievement award this past summer for her 15 years of dedicated service. As her family and dear friends know, Carol rarely missed the opportunity to send a greeting card for special occasions. It was a hobby she so enjoyed.
She is survived by her brother, Clifford (Elizabeth) Wolfram of Wisconsin Dells; niece, Brenda (Michael) Myers of Texas; nephew, Christopher (Lynn) Wolfram of DePere; loving friend of 42 years, Don Selden of Madison; and great-nieces, Alexis and Madelyn; and great-nephews, Andrew, Aiden and Jacob.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry (2005) and Dorothy (2004); and many beloved aunts and uncles.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Cho, Agrace HospiceCare, Inc., UW Hospital, and all of the people from Options and Goodwill that saw to Carol's needs for the past 40 plus years.
Memorials would be appreciated to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Options in Community Living and Goodwill Industries.
A funeral service will be held at 12 noon, on Sunday, November 8, 2015, at ST. PAUL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2126 N. Sherman Ave., with the Rev. Gerry Kuhnke presiding. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Portage, Wisc. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Sunday.
