William Max Langdon AKA “Rigger” or “Bill” ,age 59, passed away peacefully early the morning of June 13th, 2016 at Agrace Hospice Facility in Fitchburg after a long battle with cancer with his family by his side. He was born April 15, 1957 as the Middle Child to Doris Langdon. He grew up farming in Waunakee and proceeded to start his long career and true life’s passion of truck driving once done with school. Bill has resided in Arlington for the past 5 years with his dog Hannah where he has taken the local highways with his passion for riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Bill was always known as that gentle giant whose presence could take over a room. Spending time outdoors either camping, riding his atv, snowmobiles, and Harley were some of his great joys over the years.

Bill is survived by his two daughters; Rochell , and Roxanne (Nick), one granddaughter Hayden, his mother Doris, his siblings Sue (Steve) and Steve (Candy), niece Jennifer (Shawn), nephew Justin (Heather), significant other Jane, and many other close family members and friends. He is proceeded in death by his uncle Richard Laukant and cousin Michael Laukant.

The family would like to invite you to a service in Bill's honor at NOON at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 6924 Lake Rd, Deforest, WI, on Saturday, June 18, 2016. Visitation will be held from 10am until time of service at the funeral home on Saturday.

The Family again would like to thank the amazing staff at the Agrace Hospice Center in Fitchburg for all their compassion, love, and time they have dedicated to Bill the past few weeks. The environment and support you offer is truly healing!
