Jeffrey Stuart Peck, age 65, of Madison, peacefully passed away at home surrounded by family and friends on Friday, July 8, 2016 following a hard fought battle with cancer.
He was born October 29, 1950 in Madison, the son of Lee Harding and Audrey Lorraine (Brown-e-) Peck. Jeff was an inspirational father and grandfather. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his many, many friends. He was passionate about music, both playing with his band-brothers and designing and building his custom guitars. He also loved fishing, hunting, traveling, especially to Canada and Costa Rica, and will be remembered for his pranks and sense of humor.
Jeff is survived by three children, Jeremy (Linda) Peck of Poynette, Brian (Tara) Peck of Madison, Jennifer Peck of Madison; six grandchildren, Autumn, Amber, Sienna, Marissa, Ramsy, Kyler; three brothers-in-law, Mike (Colleen) Guenther, David (Tracy) Guenther, Dennis (Terri) Guenther; dear friend and mother of their children, Terri Fiore; partner-in-crime, Cynthia Clementz and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Sandy Peck.
The family would like to thank Agrace HospiceCare and U.W. Carbone Cancer Center for the wonderful support and care given to Jeff and our family.
A visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Monday July 18, 2016. A time for friends and family to share their personal memories of Jeff will begin at 1 p.m. at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Avenue. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
