Obituary
Verona – Patsy L. Rienks, age 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 18, 2016, at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born January 24, 1937 in Sparta, Wis., the daughter of Chester and Margie (Brooks) Syverson. Patsy married Lyle Rienks on June 25, 1955, and together they had three daughters. They spent many summers camping up by Lake Camelot, and many winters at The Villages in Florida. She loved to play Bridge and go out to lunch with her close girlfriends, and enjoyed shopping and watching her Wisconsin sports teams.
Patsy is survived by her husband, Lyle; three daughters, Laurie Rienks, Julie (Mark) Erickson and Amy (Larry) Wilson; four grandchildren, Brittany (Joe) Tristano, Tyler (Tori) Erickson, Trevor Erickson and Skyler Wilson; one great-grandson, Tryg Erickson; two brothers, James (Patti) Syverson and Gerald (JJ) Syverson; and one sister-in-law, Ann (Howard) Nordstrom.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and her in-laws, Jacob and Gladys Rienks.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at ST. JAMES EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 427 South Main Street, Verona, with Pastor Kurt Billings officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
