Madison-John P. Lugo, age 67, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016. He was born on March 28, 1949 in Chicago, IL, the son of Carlos and Elenora Lugo. He is the beloved father of Erica Melissa Lugo; grandfather of Daniel Lugo, Angelo Lugo and Jaden Lugo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother Elenora Lugo and father Carlos Lugo.
A service will be held at 3:30pm on Friday, July 22, 2016 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison. Visitation will be from 2pm until the time of service.
