Evelyn C. Schwarz, age 88, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2016 at Kindred Hearts Memory Care in Cottage Grove. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John “Jack” and her grandson, Jake.
Evelyn is survived by her six children, Robert (Glenn) Schwarz, Sue Garity, William Schwarz, Therese Kroll, Thomas (M.J.) Schwarz and Anthony Schwarz; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; as well as step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
Per Evelyn’s request, no public service will be held. A private service for immediate family members will be held at a later date.
