Obituary
Madison – Dennis “Denny” J. Taff, age 62, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Agrace HospiceCare, after a brief battle with cancer. He was born on March 19, 1954 in Madison, the son of James and Laura (Stauffacher) Taff. He graduated from Madison East High School in 1972. He worked for the family businesses Taff & Taff Builders and TZ of Madison as a finish carpenter and realtor.
Denny was a great cook, an avid reader, loved to hunt, fish, and camp, and spend time at the family property in Rio. He enjoyed traveling and visiting friends in Alaska, Montana and Belize.
Denny is survived by his mother, Laura Taff; brother, Larry (Karen) Taff; nephews, Jacob (Kacey) Taff and Jesse Taff (Lindsey).
He is preceded in death by his father, James F. Taff.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 3 – 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Ave., Madison. A celebration of Denny’s life will continue at The Esquire Club, 1025 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, following the Gathering.
