Verona/Madison - Donald Harvey Gemoll, age 80, passed away to Eternal Peace on Monday, January 23, 2017, after a five year residence at Badger Prairie Health Center in Verona, Wis. Beloved father of Derek and Ryan (deceased); formerly married to their mother, Vivian (nee Shadoski). Long time devoted partner of Nancy Zweiffel (deceased). Wonderful big brother of Daniel (Mary). Graduated from West Division High School in Milwaukee, and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Served in the 20th Mountain Division of the US Army. Retired from Crawford & Company as an adjuster and assistant office manager (Madison Branch). No formal services; Don's life will be celebrated and memorialized among immediate family members.
