MADISON- Suzanne V. Smejkal, 61, of Madison, passed away on June 11, 2017 at her home, of an apparent heart attack.
Suzanne was born on November 13, 1955. Daughter of Roland and Jean Smejkal. She is survived by her mother, Jean and sister, Barbara, along with her closest friends, Andrew and Deanne Reuter and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her father, Roland and brother, Randy.
She had recently retired from the State of Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission as a legal associate.
