Madison – Vera Bareikis, age 89, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017, at home. She was born January 27, 1928, in Zagreb, Croatia, the daughter of Josip and Eva Blagus. She was self-employed as a seamstress.
Survivors include her children, Nada (Charles) Clark, Milan (Sherry) Jelic and Vida Moore; grandchildren, Steve and Pat Cunningham, Sarah Clark, Elizabeth and Kristin Jelic, and Jamie, Jessica, James and Jennifer Moore; great-grandchildren, Spring Winneshiek, Danielle and Gabby Cunningham, Vincent and Penelope Cunningham, and Adri and Quinn Clark ; two sisters, one brother; and various nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, and six brothers.
