Obituary
Madison/Stoughton – Daniel Faux Hudkins, age 63, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017. Dan was born on April 27, 1954 in Portage to Billy and Jean Hudkins. He graduated from Stoughton High School in 1972. He enlisted in the US Army where he worked intelligence in Korea. He worked 36 years for the US Postal Service. Dan enjoyed baseball, watching Wisconsin sports, trivia contests, reading, and especially dining with Deb. Dan’s commitment to his family and work ethic were un-matched.
Dan is survived by his children, Sam and Sara (Jermel McLin Jr.); granddaughter Layla; mother Jean; siblings Bill, Susan, Mary Beth (Doug) Schall and Tom (Cindy); and the love of his life Deb Brescoll. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, at 4pm, with Doug Stampfli officiating. Visitation will take place from 3pm until time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
