Obituary
MADISON- Coltin J. Tuggle lost his long, hard fight with heroin addiction on February 21, 2018. He was 28. He was born in Madison, WI on April 14, 1989, to Patricia A. Kroetz and L. Conley Tuggle.
Coltin is survived by his two sons, Cameron (7) and Kaidyn (5), that he loved very much and are his greatest joy. He is further survived by his mom, Pat; brothers, Nathan, Matthew, and Dylan; girlfriend; niece, Mischa; aunt and uncle, Nancy and Stan Blicharz; close cousins, Julie and Robert, and Tony and Jenny; and many more aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
Coltin was preceded in death by his father, Conley; grandparents, L.C. and Fayne Tuggle, and Wallace and Viola Kroetz.
A celebration of Coltin’s life will be planned at a later date.
