MADISON/SUN PRAIRIE –
Tristina Farmer, age 32, passed away on Friday, September 11, 2020. Tristina was born on December 23, 1987 in Wausau, WI to Sandra (Brubaker) and Bryan Felix. She had a high school career in Wausau, Neenah and finished up in Madison Wisconsin. Tristina married her best friend and love of her life, Dakota Farmer, on February 19, 2015 in Madison. She was currently employed at Madison Metro.
Tristina was an incredible friend and made it a point to include everyone. She had a loving soul and a great sense of humor. Upon meeting this lovely young woman, the first thing you noticed was her radiant smile. She was a joy to be around because of her bubbly nature, energetic enthusiasm and empathetic heart. She always made you feel loved and welcome. She spent her leisurely time biking, hiking at various parks, and loving on her fur babies. She was an excellent cook, loved to read and had recently took up painting.
It comforts her family to remember her faith in Jesus Christ and his conquering death. It promises they will see her again in heaven. Psalm 73:26 reminds us that “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever”. Her family and loved ones are brokenhearted, deeply mourning the loss of their beloved Tristina: wife, child, sister, granddaughter, niece, and mom, but they know their tears are wiped away and that she is now surrounded by eternal happiness and love. Matthew 5:4 "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted".
Tristina is survived by her husband, Dakota; children, Arianna, Mella, and Hero; parents, Sandy Brubaker (Steve Killoran) and Bryan Felix; grandparents, Gene (Mary) Felix; siblings, Anthony (Krystal) Felix and Reann Felix. She is further survived and loved many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
