Obituary
Madison – Margaret “Peg” Schloman, age 96, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021, at Oak Park Place, Madison. Margaret was born on January 28, 1925, in Chicago, IL to parents Joseph and Veronica (Wilson) Shaw.
Margaret married her high school sweetheart, William, on August 23, 1947 at St. John Lutheran Church in Forest Park, IL. She was a current member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was an avid golfer and bowler and enjoyed crocheting and counted cross stitch. She will be remembered as a beloved and loving grandmother of her six granddaughters and twelve great grandchildren.
Margaret is survived by her two daughters, Nancy (Jim) Spitzack and Sue (John) Schroeder; six granddaughters, Sarah (Scott) Gustafson, Melanie (Carl) Vess, Jenny (Jeff) Davidson, Laura (Nick) Jasurda, Amy (Matt) Meier, and Christine (Joey) Lapacek; twelve great-grandchildren, Caden, JJ, Kylie, Jordyn, Meghan, Logan, Tommy, Kasey, Joey, Natalie, Addi, and Liam; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William; parents; and her two brothers, Joseph and Bernard Shaw.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 8, 2021, at 11:00 A.M., at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, W6906 County Road K, Arlington. A visitation will be held on Monday at church from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
