My brother Larry certainly stated my feelings as well. They were so talented and good kind and patient, especially Aunt Millie. I am so proud to be a Herring with such wonderful Aunt and Uncle Cousin Debbie

Aunt Millie and Uncle Vernon will be greatly missed by me and my family and I believe, all who knew them. My Father, Lawrence (Huntz) Herring and my Mother, Josephine Herring, greatly admired and respected them both. Vernon was my Father's baby brother. As a young man I observed that Vernon and Millie had compassion and patience with everyone. There were other attributes I admired about them and for those reasons, I believed there could not be better role models as my Aunt and Uncle. I pray that all who knew them will take a minute to count their blessings of having known them. Blessings to all who knew them and all who read this. Larry and Maureen Herring together with our two children, Jim and Stephanie. To God Be The Glory!
