I go back such a long way with Virginia & Clarence. I "Sunday Subbed" on their Milk Run to Babcock Hall during the summer between my Jr. & Sr. years. They gave me a "cold one" after a hot day of Haying. My first beer ever! Wasn't 18 quite yet. I bought a bus company many years later, and among my Faithful Staff was Virginia. Driving Walter Kietzke's Old Green Dodge vanat the time. As I recall, Virginia hung in there with me til I lost the school bus contract, and beyond. Of all the great people I've met during my lifetime, The Witts are high on the list, along with many good memories. My condolences to the family. Y'awl're descendants of a couple of really great people.

My son was lucky enough to have Virginia as his early childhood bus driver. I always knew he would be safe in her loving care. She made the start of each day a joy. Our sympathy to her family.

Ricki and families, So many memories, of not only going to school with you, but also our dads working together at Verona RediMix. Your dad's truck was #24 and my dad's truck was 21!! I still remember the call numbers for letting the office know when dad had arrived at a job and when he was finished. They hunted together, shared a beer or two now and then and always had so many laughs. I remember your mother's wonderful smile. It could thawed a frozen lake. Our mom's did many things together with the church and had "Ladie's Aide," and "Sewing Club: get togethers. I am unable to attend the funeral, however, I pray that "God wraps his warm and loving arms around all of you at this time. I hope you find comfort, safety, strength and peace in his embrace." Your parents were role models to so many which continues now and in the future in your families. My Sympathy, Marcia (Mueller) Schauff

Our parents couldnt have been blessed with better friends and neighbors than Witt and Ginny. I so enjoyed my visits with Ginny, hearing about mutual friends and her memories of days gone by in Verona. Rest peacefully now with mom, dad, and those other old timers. I am sorry that I wont be able to attend the funeral to honor this remarkable lady as I am now out of the area. My sympathies to the family.
