Sympathies to the family ... I knew Jim from Mt. Vernon and lived in the school house years back. Jim was my landlord and my brother Gary, lived on the other side of the school house. Jim always told us never to go upstairs in the attic (I lived on that side). Curiosity got the cat, my brother! So many fond memories while we lived there. Prayers and peace to Jim's family.
