Obituary
Peter John Berg, age 92, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in Madison, WI. He was born on November 12, 1929, to Carl and Martina (Beaudin) Berg in Milwaukee, WI. Peter married Judith Larson in February of 1962 in Bruce Crossing, Michigan. they resided in Ewen for most of their lives.
Peter worked for Ewen-Trout Creek School District for over 20 years, after his retirement he enjoyed woodworking, traveling and spending time with family. Family was the most important thing to Peter, he always looked forward family reunions.
Peter is survived by his children, Bruce Berg, Martina (Gary) Sozanski, John Berg, Jean Berg, Kathy Berg, Cheryl Berg, Chuck (Rosanne) Berg and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, parents, sister, Kate Berg and brother, John Berg.
A Celebration of Peter’s Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Bethany Lutheran Church, Bruce Crossing, Michigan.
