John Hockett

My condolences to the friends and family. I grew up a few houses away from Hockets on Mandrake Road. Many fond memories! I also knew the Steinhauer family well, even before John married Jane.

John will be missed by many! He was a wonderful man and a true gentleman. Jane was also a comfort to all who knew her and a good friend. They had a true love!

What a pleasure it is to say I knew John! He was a remarkable man who delighted in sharing stories of his faith. His devotion to Jane and their family was the sparkle in his eyes when he spoke of them. Hugs to you, Gregg and Beth, as you celebrate John's life!

I had the pleasure of meeting John a year and a half ago at WTB Deforest. John is one of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. He always had a smile and kind words to share. He touched the hearts of everyone he met. It was my pleasure having known him. My condolences to all of John's loved ones.
