* SHIRLEYS SMORES Shirley Loves Her Swirly Cones Singing Songs In Sweetest Tones Walking Rags On Down the Street As Cute As Any Miss Bo Peep Making Woodchuck For Her Friends Loves To See Them Each Again But Best Of All A Campfire Bright And Eating Smores Till Late At Night - Barb and Paul Noeldner - We were very lucky to be Shirleys neighbors across the street for many years and remember lots of wonderful afternoons with Shirley in her yard and at the dog park down the street, Christmas parties singing around her grand piano and campfires and smores at the beach. She embraced life and friends and her beloved pups with equal passion and her beautiful smile lit up the day.

Mrs Sundquist was my music teacher at Lakewood School and we all just loved her. She was also our neighbor & how lucky we were to have her as one. I am so sorry for your family's loss. Very sincerely, MaryVirginia Hall.

Our family lived next door to Shirley in Maple Bluff. We all had her as a music teacher and benefitted from her love of music. She included classical music in the elementary school classes. Years later when I married a classical musician, she asked "Where did you meet? At a concert?" I said at a volleyball game. She said "It figures!" Shirley was upbeat, encouraging and a lot of fun.

My family and I loved Shirley's involvement with music at our church. She was always at the ready with a smile at each rehearsal and performance. She will be remembered.
