Aunt Hulda, you were always the Lasagna Queen at Christmas! Summertime i always looked forwatd your fresh homemade Lemonade and chocolate chip cookies! Your house was always like Grand Central Station...everyone came over and were always welcomed. The world would be a better place if everyone shared your generosity to people! I have a fond memory of a time long ago, on their farm when my parents, Dottie & Earl brought me and my sister to visit. As a young girl I was enchanted watching the sheep being sheared, petting the ponies, and Hulda braided my hair in pigtails for the very first time! I remember Hulda applying big pats of butter on my breakfast toast, and her yodeling..oh, how I wanted to live on that farm.
