DeForest – James K. “Jim” Anderson, age 75, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022, at his home in DeForest. He was born on January 8, 1947, in Madison, WI, the son of Carl and Ruth (Karow) Anderson. After high school, Jim served the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from ETC. Jim enjoyed hunting, listening to music, old cars, the Packers, NASCAR, and westerns.
Jim is survived by his wife, Ronda; children, Scott Anderson, Jason (Claudine) Anderson, Ruth Anderson, Brian (Jessica) Wagner, Christina (Doug) Anderson, Amanda (Ryan) Radloff, and James Anderson II; 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Ruth Anderson; his late wife, Margaret “Peggy”; son, Daniel; siblings, Ruth (Buzz) Camren, Norma (Gerry) Nelson, Lois (Ted) Warren, Bob Anderson, and Harold (Nancy) Anderson.
A Visitation will be held from 10am until 12pm on Friday, September 23, 2022, at Ryan Funeral Home, 6924 Lake Road, DeForest. A Time of Remembrance will take place at 12pm at the funeral home.
