Nancy Rita Hauge, age 83, passed away on January 6, 2023, at her home in Oregon, WI. Born on July 30, 1939, in Madison WI, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Marking. She was married to Darcy Hauge Sr. for 35 years and retired from Dean Health Systems. Nancy enjoyed camping, traveling, and quilting which she won several awards for her completed works. She also enjoyed a wide variety of crafting and playing cards with her family and friends. Nancy is survived by her children Tawny (Ken) Morrison, Angela Hauge, Darcy (Kim) Hauge Jr., and Katherine (Curt) Sinclair. Her grandchildren Samantha, Nicole, Nathaniel, Brooke, Amanda, Brittany, and Jordon. Her great grandchildren Abby, Lily, Martha, Naomi, William, Alexander, Jacob, James, and Elizabeth. Her siblings Marjorie King, Joseph Marking, and Dennis Marking. Nancy is preceded in death by her husband Darcy Hauge Sr., her parents Joseph and Elizabeth Marking, her in-laws Clarence and Ruby Hauge, and her siblings Mary Ann St. John, Barbara McKinney, Georgian Miller, Michael Marking, and James Marking.
A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held at Ryan Funeral Home on Monday, January 9, 2023. Visitation will be held at 10:30 am followed by funeral services at 12 pm, officiated by Darin Wiebe. Burial will immediately follow at 1:30 pm at the Highland Memory Garden Cemetery. A special thanks to Sienna Crest Assisted Living staff.
