I am so sorry for ur loss. My deepest sympathy. I always liked Eugene when he came into city hall to pay his taxes. He wanted to know if he was the first one. He wasn't but we gave him a Christmas treat anyway. He was a very knowledgeable enjoyable person to visit with. Pat Anderson, formerly city administration secretary 1985-2010. God bless u all.
