Fitchburg- Jean M. O’Neil, age 59, passed away on March 13, 2023 at her residence. She was born on January 15, 1964 in Wisconsin to parents Phillip and Shirley (Stancer) Miller.
Jean is survived by her children Matt (Tina) O’Neil and Tanya O’Neil; grandchildren and great grandchildren; mother Shirley Miller; her 4 brothers Randy (Jan) Miller, Rick Miller, Ron Miller, and Ray Miller; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jean was preceded in death by her infant daughter Jenifer; her father; and sister-in-law Shirley Miller.

Jean, your sweet and loving spirit will be greatly missed. We shared similar struggles for many years and for a time we were both able to walk in freedom together. I loved spending time with you each week at church, and with our friends who also found the same freedom we had. Rest in peace my friend. I know you're with your little girl now, and with Shelby Holvick too. To your brother you spoke of so fondly, and your other loved ones as well; I am so very sorry for your loss.
