Obituary
MADISON – JoAnn Delores Dolfen, age 86, passed away peacefully in her home on April 20, 2023. It is with heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of our mother. Her ailing heart gave out and she is growing her angel wings to fly to heaven and be reunited with her husband, Dale, who she owned and operated Dale’s Decorating for more than 25 years, who preceded her in death in 2001. She has missed him terribly for over twenty years. JoAnn leaves behind her children, Bruce (Jenifer) Davis, Teresa (Dennis) Davis, Patrick (Debbie) Davis, Ricky Davis, James (Angie) Fleischer, and Christy (Bruce) Fleischer; 6 very special grandchildren; and 6 very special great-grandchildren; 4 brothers and 1 sister; 5 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Maude (Goodman) Schulenberg; husband, Dale; 2 brothers, 3 sisters; and 1 sister-in-law.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2023 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 2418 N. Sherman Ave., Madison, WI. A visitation will take place 2 hours prior to the service, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
